Join Diane Long for this 4-Week Series:

• Feel the stability of ground
• Move with the ease and pleasure of flow
• Tap into the power of will and self-determination
• Experience the joy of connection
• Cultivate the strength of your voice and vision

Chakra Therapy combines somatic therapy with yoga, bioenergetics, hands-on techniques, guided imagery, boundary work and ritual arts. Conscious exploration using dialogue, breath and gentle movement helps us release out of contracted states and alleviate muscle tension, pain, and anxiety. As we tap into the body’s innate resources, we can move out of survival mode and cultivate new ways of being. (This class is especially geared towards the needs and interests of survivors of physical and sexual violence and other forms of oppression.)

Classes build on one another and also can stand alone so it is okay to miss one or more classes. Advance registration is appreciated to ensure numbers.
*For reduced rate based on financial need, please call to register.

The Emily Program Foundation works to eliminate eating disorders. We empower prevention, support recovery, and advocate for legislative change. Eating disorders are a mental illness, not a choice. They are often misunderstood, and their stigma is a deterrent to seeking treatment and finding recovery. We strive to reduce the stigma of eating disorders by sharing people’s stories of struggle, strength, and hope. Eating disorders are preventable. Recovery is possible, and it is happening every day.

As part of our prevention work, we’re pleased to partner with Tula to combine yoga instruction with a curriculum for families to create an environment at home where a child’s healthy relationship with their body and with food can flourish.
