This series will introduce you to all the dimensions of Yoga and how they come together to create an experience that reveals the connection of the body, mind and spirit that is omnipresent. We will explore the the functions of Classic Asana (Poses) and how to apply them perfectly to fit your specific Body and Soma, as well as the anatomy and functions of the Mind, and the resultant consciousness of the Spirit.
