What wisdom are you bringing with you from the dark of winter? What are you awakening in yourself? Night and day are in equal balance at the time of the Spring Equinox. Spring is the season for the liver and gallbladder meridians which are associated with liver, gallbladder, eyes, blood, tendons and ligaments, anger, frustration and courage.  Opening through these meridians can lead to health, vitality and contentment.

Join Brianna for a two hour long Yin and Yoga Nidra practice that will help to clear the stagnate chi from the mind and the body. Use this humble and nurturing practice to welcome your body out of hibernation. Yin Yoga is a soft, still, deep and nurturing seated practice. It goes beyond stretching the muscles. It opens and creates space in the body while cultivating elasticity in the fascial system. Through this practice we will create space in the mind and body that will allow the unfolding of a fertile spring.

All are welcome, no experience necessary. Please pre-register and pre-pay. Contact Brianna with any questions, brianna.zeigler@gmail.com.
