If you have a beating heart, you can dance. The Nia Technique is a fusion of dance, martial arts and healing movement like yoga. The simple and body-centered movements are fun and easy to learn. The entire body, mind and spirit get to play and dance with a Nia class. In this introductory workshop we’ll practice some of the 52 foundational moves of Nia, we’ll dance and move together with choreography and some free movement too. EveryBODY is invited to come. For all levels of fitness, no prior experience is necessary.
