Embodied Living with SomaYoga

  • 1 W Water St. Ste 90 St Paul, MN 55107 USA (map)

March 2027 |  Yoga North ISYI in Partnership w Tula Yoga & Wellness

Learn the wisdom. Experience the transformation. Leave the certification behind. A year-long immersive journey into yoga, somatics, Ayurveda and self-discovery.

Most people come to yoga seeking greater flexibility, strength, or stress relief. Eventually, many discover that SomaYoga offers something much deeper—a pathway to understanding themselves and living with greater awareness.

The Embodied Living is an immersive journey designed for students who want the richness of a Yoga North teacher training experience without the goal of becoming a yoga teacher.

Through the innovative SomaYoga methodology, students explore the powerful relationship between movement, nervous system regulation, breath, philosophy, Ayurveda, and self-study. Combining modern somatic practices with the timeless wisdom of yoga, this immersive experience helps participants cultivate greater ease in the body, clarity in the mind, and connection to what matters most.

Throughout the program you will:

  • Learn how habitual patterns are stored in the body and how to change them

  • Explore the wisdom of Ayurveda and its application to daily life

  • Study yoga philosophy as a practical guide for modern living

  • Develop sustainable practices for stress management and resilience

  • Deepen your relationship with movement, breath, and meditation

  • Discover your unique strengths, challenges, and patterns

  • Engage in meaningful self-reflection and personal inquiry

  • Become part of a supportive community dedicated to growth and awakening

You will participate alongside teacher trainees in a close-knit learning environment while being free from the requirements of certification. This path allows you to focus fully on your own growth and transformation.

This is not a program designed to teach you how to teach. It is designed to teach you how to live.
