Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to sign up for class in advance or can I just drop in?

All our classes are “drop-in” except Aerial Yoga and occasional “Class Series.” To sign up for class passes or monthly memberships visit our pricing page.

How much does it cost take to take a class?

You may have heard we’re a donation-based studio. For drop-ins we require a minimum $5 donation but suggest $10-$15. We also have class passes. For additional information on class pricing and sign up information click here.

What if I don’t have a yoga mat?

If you don’t have a yoga mat, we have one for you to use for free. We have spray cleaner for you to clean the mat after class.

Do you have changing rooms?

We do not have locker rooms but we do have two restrooms for changing.

What should I wear?

For yoga, Nia, or Open Floor Meditation, wear comfortable clothing and you will be barefoot.

If you are coming to Boot Camp, or Zumba, where comfortable clothing and athletic shoes.

What about parking?

During weekdays, parking is on side streets (check out Laurel and Ashland) and during evenings and weekends, you can park in the lot adjacent to the Tula building.

For more information on where to park click here.

Do you have one of those cool partnerships with insurance companies that would allow my membership to be covered or supplemented?

Indeed we do! Check out this page for all the details!

Other considerations:

Some in our community are sensitive to smell. Strong perfumes, body odor and cigarette smoke can impact other’s experience.  Please keep this in mind as you prepare for class.

Please try your best to be on time! The beginning of class is a very important part of the practice. We use that time to ground ourselves and fully arrive in the space. Additionally, coming into class late can interrupt and distract from other students’ experiences.
