Full- Fall Equinox Ritual & Practice in the Park

fall%2Bpic.jpg

***This workshop is full, email briannajoydarling@gmail.com to be added to the waitlist.***

The Fall Equinox is the point when day and night are equal in length. We're balanced between the two extremes of the year: Midsummer Solstice, and Midwinter Solstice. This time of year is rich with symbolism. The element associated with Fall is metal- a powerful force to work with. It's time to celebrate our Harvest, and release things old and stale that no longer serve us.

By aligning your own energies to the natural rhythms of the earth and the suns' cycles you can more fully enjoy rest, contemplation and renewal during the dormant phase of the year we’re moving into.

This workshop will take place in Como Park and will include circle time, ritual, gentle movement, and Yin postures. If weather doesn’t allow for an outside practice, this workshop will take place via Zoom.

Space is limited to 15 people, reserve your space early!
