Honor and celebrate the passing year and create your heartfelt commitment to yourself. The intention of this practice is to release tension patterns in the mind and body that can affect our body, energy, emotions, mind and connection with our authentic Self. Experience yoga practices that will nourish, strengthen, and create space for you to connect with your Self. There will be discussion, a balanced Tula Yoga (Therapeutic/Hatha/Slow Flow) practice, and a guided relaxation/meditation to support your heartfelt commitment. Bring a journal or something to write on.
