Join us for the first Nia class back at Tula Yoga since March 2020. As we head into the holidays and the end of 2021, we will focus on choosing joy, moving our bodies to release and de-stress, and sensing gratitude. Nia is a sensory-based movement practice that draws from the martial arts, dance arts and healing arts. It empowers people of all shapes and sizes by connecting the body, mind, and spirit. Step in and move with gratitude.

Nia is a movement and lifestyle practice that heals, strengthens and empowers all of our realms: physical, mental, emotional and spirit. A combination of nine movement forms with the energies of martial arts, dance arts and healing practices, Nia provides a unique body/mind/spirit fitness experience. No prior experience is necessary. For all levels of fitness.
