Nia for Self Healing and Expression Class Series

The Nia Technique fitness and lifestyle practice was originally created with the intent to design movement that heals the mind, body, heart and spirit.  One of the co-founders of Nia, Debbie Rosas-Stewart, has the sacred purpose of "Helping People to Feel to Heal," with pleasure being the yardstick that helps us take a gauge of whether the movement is healing or not.  Nia brings us together to safely move through whatever life might be presenting us with right now.  The ultimate form of expression, Nia gives us the freedom to move with authenticity, and discover and make choices that enable us to deeply care for physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies.  

Join Sandy, a 20-year Nia veteran and Black Belt Instructor, as she delivers a heart-full serving of music, movement and magic, designed to help us to heal our minds, bodies, hearts and spirits.  A different aspect of Nia's healing principles will be our inspiration each week.
