This is a 6-week series running from January 6th - February 10th
Supporting ourselves as we shift through the seasons can be tough. We give so much. But we know it’s easier to support the ones we love when we support ourselves. We need the right tools and practices. This series creates the space for men to learn and apply The Six Pillars (Keys) of Yogic Lifestyle. The keys are 1) movement, 2) cleansing system support, 3) breath practices/transforming stress, 4) mindfulness & meditation 5) food and 6) strategies for restful sleep & relaxation. Each week we will learn and experience new practices in class and how to integrate them into your life. This series is held online via Zoom. You will receive audio and video practices each week. Dan will provide individual recommendations as needed. No experience is necessary.
Dan and Ann Blackburn own Tula Yoga & Wellness and are Certified SomaYoga Therapists. They teach group classes, workshops, and private sessions.
