What is SomaYoga?
Our private therapeutic yoga sessions use a blend of somatics to re-educate muscles and gain greater mobility, therapeutic yoga to mobilize/stabilize, and classic asana to strengthen/stabilize. This healing modality is beneficial for all ages, from the high-performance athlete to those recovering from injury or want to prevent injury.
Soma, the Greek word for Body, Mind & Spirit, aims to unify these into our highest Self and full potential. These private sessions address the client’s specific concerns and goals. We guide our clients through a tailored therapeutic practice as well as create a home practice to support the work we do in sessions.
Interested in finding more functional, pain-free movement? Optimizing your athletic performance? Or healing from an injury? Or just want to experience greater freedom in your body, mind and spirit? Make an appointment with one of our SomaYoga Teachers today.
$75 – $135 per 60-90 min. session.

I have practiced yoga for over 30 years and I am honored to share this beautiful, amazing and powerful practice.
