Qigong for Balance and Relaxation with Sandy Mighell

“Qi” means energy or life force, “Gong” means cultivation. Deeply restorative, this 5,000 year old practice utilizes mindfulness, breath and very gentle movement to restore balance and flow to your body’s 5-Element organ systems. Practitioners often receive the benefits of improved sleep, relaxed nervous system and elevated sense of wellbeing. Sandy will share self care practices you can take home with you.

Workshops and class series need a minimum of five people registered a week in advance to ensure they run. If you know you want to attend we encourage you to register as soon as you are able to do so. As always, space provided in the offering, we will continue to accept registrations up until right before the event.
