Fall Trail Running & Yoga Series with Sonja Ramos

Get a great trail workout, followed by some great yoga, and finish up with some great snacks to energize you for the day!
Do you like to run trails but aren't sure where to go in the city for a really great trail running experience that would have you fooled that you are still in the city? Come run with Sonja Ramos and then stretch out after for a yoga session and some breakfast-type eats! We will explore 3 different parks right here in town so bring your kicks and your appetite because it will be a great workout followed by some great things to munch on to get your day started!
*This workshop requires at least some experience with running OR hiking on trails with rocks, roots, and mud previously for safety reasons.

Qigong for Balance and Relaxation 4- week series with Sandy Mighell

“Qi” means energy or life force, “Gong” means cultivation. Deeply restorative, this 5,000 year old practice utilizes mindfulness, breath and very gentle movement to restore balance and flow to your body’s 5-Element organ systems. Practitioners often receive the benefits of improved sleep, relaxed nervous system and elevated sense of wellbeing. Sandy will share self care practices you can take home with you.

SomaYoga Therapy for Balancing Energy with Ann Blackburn

Do you feel like you use more energy than you regenerate? We live in a very externally focused society that awards overachievement, being busy & overscheduled but not self-care. We are taught energy conservation but not within ourselves. In this class series we will explore how we use, generate, expand, and conserve energy. Learn about the energy body, the Chakras (our seven main energy centers), what affects your energy, and practices to balance your energy for the mind and body. Each week we will experience new practices in class so you can take them home to weave into your life. You will receive written practices and audios. No experience necessary. Ann is co-owner of Tula and is a certified Yoga Therapist who teaches group classes, workshops, and private sessions.
Workshops and class series need a minimum of five people registered a week in advance to ensure they run. If you know you want to attend we encourage you to register as soon as you are able to do so. As always, space provided in the offering, we will continue to accept registrations up until right before the event.
