Our private therapeutic yoga sessions use a blend of somatics to re-educate muscles and gain greater mobility, therapeutic yoga to mobilize/stabilize, and classic asana to strengthen/stabilize. This healing modality is beneficial for all ages, from the high-performance athlete to those recovering from injury or want to prevent injury.

Massage, Thai Yoga Bodywork, & Reflexology


Massage Therapy is a great way to care and connect to your body! Way more than a way to treat yourself, think of it as PREVENTATIVE health care that YOU can take charge of!

Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient, healing type of bodywork. The recipient wears comfortable clothing and lies down or is seated on a soft, thick massage mat. The practitioner guides the person through a series of postures while massaging the muscles and along the body’s energy lines and pressure points.

 

Spiritual Guidance


Spiritual Guidance sessions provide a safe container to delve deeper into any area of life where you are seeking healing, transition, and transformation. Following your own intuition and connection with a higher source, you will find resources to guide you towards living a more authentic and whole life.
