Altar building + Sound Experience

  • Tula Yoga & Wellness 1162 Selby Avenue Saint Paul, MN, 55104 United States (map)

with Grace Panian | In-Studio | $55 (includes all altar supplies + sound bath)

An altar is more than just a space—it’s a personal reflection of what feels sacred to you. Together, we’ll explore how to create a sacred space that feels supportive, grounding, and deeply personal.

Your altar can hold gratitude, prayers, and intentions. It can be a space to meditate, to connect with your ancestors, honor the unseen, or simply to honor the earth with love and respect. There’s no single “right” way to build one—what matters most is how it makes you feel.

This gathering is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and discover the quiet beauty that unfolds when intention meets presence.

What to Expect
✦ Grounding + breathwork to purify and step into sacred space
✦ Guidance on how to create, use, and honor altars
✦ A community altar built together as an offering and connection
✦ Supplies to create your own personal altar to take home and weave into your daily life.
✦ A restorative sound bath—featuring crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, shakers, and a drum to seal in the magic, support your intentions, and attune you to your natural rhythm.

Anyone is welcome! No experience is needed! Come solo or invite a friend!
