As the sun sits directly opposite the moon, it reminds us to seek balance in our lives. By tuning into the moon's phases, we can align with the natural rhythms of the universe. No prior experience is necessary, and everyone is welcome to join.

Discover the astrology sign the moon is in and how to harness its energy for your benefit
Practice Moon Salutations to create space in your body
Learn Pranayama (breathing techniques) to calm your mind
Chant to connect with positive and divine energies
Reflect on what you need to let go of and what you are grateful for
Experience a guided meditation to center yourself
