Nia Jam- Step into Your Potential


Join our Nia community for a Nia Jam! The focus of our class is the 207 bones of the body, with the intention to create both power and playfulness in our movements. Our guideposts will be the sacrum and the cranium. We’ll move our bodies, minds and spirits to a soulful, rhythmic playlist with the energies of our group of stellar Nia teachers in the Twin Cities. Nia is a movement practice that combines dance, martial arts and healing arts to create more joy, ease, strength in the whole person—body, mind and spirit. The Nia philosophy and practice is one of empowerment, self-love and community, transforming lives through movement. No experience is necessary.
