Online: A Valentines Practice for the Self

Warm up to Valentines Day by giving yourself a little extra love and care. In this class we’ll nurture our inner wise-one through meditation and yoga (SomaYoga, Yin & Restorative). We’ll use tools that cultivate self-love and gratitude. We’ll engage our senses to assist the process of going inward. Each student will receive Reiki healing either while in a Restorative posture or during Savasana (indeed, this can be done remotely and often times is more potent that way!).
