Join Brianna for a luxurious two hour candlelight Yin class centered around the element of water and the meridian lines associated with the winter season. Yin Yoga is a soft, still, deep and nurturing seated practice. It goes beyond stretching the muscles. It opens and creates space in the body while cultivating elasticity in the fascial system. When we practice Yin, energy is able to move more freely throughout the body.
This class comes at a perfect time with the Holidays approaching as well as the Winter Solstice. It’s a time of darkness and uncertainty. Give yourself the space to feel and experience the 'now.' Cultivate meaning and understanding as you transition into the winter months. We’ll end class with a Yoga Nidra practice (guided deep relaxation) where we’ll explore our inner landscape from a state of deep rest.
