Balance: Body, Mind, and Lifestyle with Ann Blackburn, Wednesdays, February 25 - April 1, 7:00-8:30 pm Hybrid $130/$125 members

This SomaYoga Therapy series is designed to create balance across mind, body, and lifestyle. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness, each session supports mobility, strength, and balance while calming the nervous system and sharpening mental focus. Beyond the mat, the series weaves in simple, practical insights to help integrate balance into daily life—encouraging healthier habits, greater self-awareness, and sustainable well-being. Whether you’re seeking steadiness, clarity, or a deeper connection to your everyday rhythm, this series offers tools to help you feel grounded, energized, and aligned.

As a teacher/yoga therapist, Ann's purpose is to empower her students/clients to grow their awareness of the body’s wisdom, the power of the mind, and find their inner strengths. We are so powerful when given the awareness and tools. You will receive audio/videos for on- and off-mat practices.

Ann Blackburn co-owns Tula Yoga & Wellness with her husband Dan. She is a Certified SomaYoga Therapist and has a Restoring Prana Certification.
