The transformation of motherhood is one that requires extra care, support and healing. Often this means slowing down, and often this is not always the case. This workshop supports realignment during the postpartum healing period after the transformation your body goes through during birth. We will address gentle ways to bring the core, pelvic floor, pelvis, shoulders, and spine back into functional alignment for greater ease when caring for you and your baby. We will have some education on postpartum routines that nourish, a gentle mat practice, and invitations for integration. For women 6 weeks postpartum onward.
